Sealcoating

Sealcoating

Sealcoating is necessary for asphalt maintenance. At DG Pavement Solutions, we specialize in sealcoating residential, commercial, and industrial asphalt pavement surfaces all over Southwest Florida. We use high-quality and environmentally-friendly sealcoating materials to protect your surfaces from all kinds of damage.

Since our inception, we have strived to improve our sealcoating services. Initially, we invested in a 700-gallon sealcoating tank. We then spent our energies on finding an environmentally-friendly sealer. Our choice of sealer (Neyra Industries’ Paveshield) does not burn the skin and does not track. It can also withstand heavy traffic longer than coal-tar sealants.

Regular sealcoating protects asphalt from weather, water, and sunlight damage. Moreover, sealcoating also prevents minor cracks from expanding and causing further deterioration. In addition to this, sealcoating also prevents water, oil, and chemicals from seeping into the base and causing structural damage.

Ideally, you should sealcoat your asphalt surfaces every two to five years. Of course, the frequency of sealcoating depends on the type of pavement in question, whether you are talking about a residential driveway, road, or a parking lot.
